Driving the business forward are two highly respected and experienced chartered surveyors with long established clients and an impressive track record of deals undertaken in all sectors of the
investment market. In October 2011, Richard Starr joined the team to assist in driving forward both sales and purchases, and subsequently we have changed our trading name to Philips Lockhart Starr.
The business strives to provide strategic commercial property investment advice to a diverse client base including institutions, funds, property companies and high net worth individuals.
